#ShortestDayChallenge

Ramses Bekkenk, Tim Smeenge, Rozanne Slik and Roel Verhoeven use the shortest day to see how many laps they can complete on their training round between sunrise (8.45) and sunset (16.30). The #ShortestDayChallenge on Monday December 21th therefore means that you ride your favorite mountain bike tour as often as possible in almost eight hours. Bekkenk, Slik and Verhoeven will ride the mountain bike routes of Schoorl, Appelscha and Nijmegen. Teammate Tim Smeenge starts from his home in Zeegse.

Of course, everyone can take up this challenge themselves and because not everyone can ride on a Monday, all rides that are done up to and including Sunday 27th of December between 8.45 and 16.30 are included. To shed some light on this dark period, we have a wonderful prize package available for participants in various categories. Share your #ShortestDayChallenge and data via social media and tag our team to be eligible for the fabulous prize package. Mail the dates and photos of your Challenge to martin@mountainbiketeam.com.
